1. Open the Octopus Energy app and go to the Octoplus Rewards section.
2. A few minutes before the next hour (e.g., 3:55 PM for the 4 PM giveaway), start refreshing the reward section.
3. Keep going in and out of the reward section repeatedly to refresh it.
4. At the top of the hour (e.g., 4:00 PM), the app might slow down due to demand, but stay persistent and keep refreshing!
5. If you can, use multiple devices to improve your chances.
6. Once the offer becomes available (usually a few minutes past the hour), quickly reveal the reward and redeem your code.
